Orders take up to 48 hours to be packaged & processed. From there shipping will take 7-15 business days (generally 12 days). 

TRACKING

After your order has been processed and shipped out, we will notify you by sending tracking information to you email where you will be able to access your shipping details and view ETA.

It's normal for tracking to show "pending" in the first 48 hours and then "ready for processing" while it is in transit. Delivery can take up 15 business days.
